Hey Bronchos! The Spring 2020 semester is underway and we hope you all are kicking butt! To help you stay on top of the important dates for this semester, we’ve put together this cheat sheet so you can easily see what is on the horizon. We think UCO website can be a little confusing when trying to find all these dates, so we hope the format we put together for you helps!

Let’s start with the important date that everyone is looking forward to:

UCO Spring Break is March 16th through March 20th

It’s never too early to start planning a fun spring break!

For the rest of the important UCO dates for Spring 2020, we’ll break them down into sections for 16 week courses (full term),  12 week courses, 8 week block 1 courses and 8 week block 2 courses, so feel free to skip to the section that applies to you!

16 Week Course (full term)  – UCO Important Spring Semester Dates

  • January 17: In-person enrollment ends
  • January 20: Web enrollment ends at midnight
  • January 24: Last day to drop without a grade/with refund
  • April 3: Last day to change to Audit; web drop with a W grade ends at midnight
  • May 1: Coursework ends
  • May 4-8: Final Exams
  • Noon Tuesday, May 12: Grades Due
  • May 13: Grades Posted to Transcripts, Available to Students After 5 p.m.

12 Week Course – UCO Important Spring Semester Dates

Classes meet Jan. 13-April 10

  • January 17: Enrollment ends at midnight
  • January 24: Last day to drop without a grade/with refund
  • March 6: Deadline to drop with W grade
  • April 7: Coursework ends
  • April 8-10: Final Exams
  • Noon Tuesday, April 14: Grades Due
  • April 15: Grades Posted to Transcripts

8 Week Block 1 Courses – UCO Important Spring Semester Dates

Classes meet Jan. 13-March 5

  • January 15: Enrollment ends at midnight
  • January 17: Last day to drop without a grade/with refund
  • February 20: Last day to change to Audit; web drop with a W grade ends at midnight
